Very bad day with the Fibro today UK I feel like I did ten rounds with Mike Tyson last night

Well the end of the world has come and gone. Well that was 6 billion quid wasted.

Can't we have a whip round on CAG and build a atom smasher of our own. But instead of atoms, we could use bowling balls and DCA staff.

Popular children's television programme Blue Peter revealed today that they will be making a Large Hadron Collider using a variety of items found in the typical home.

"We are hoping to make science more approachable for today's youngsters," said new series producer renowned physicist Stephen Hawking, "and we have already got Professor Hugh Jarse on board as one of the new presenters."

Retailers are bracing themselves for a huge demand for sticky backed plastic and pipe cleaners with twenty regionally based warehouses set aside to begin stock piling vast amounts ahead of the new series of Blue Peter.

There's still plenty of time for the world to come to an end though. They may have switched the machine on now, but presumably a lot of the experiments which may be dangerous (but aren't really) haven't been done yet.
