Kent/Surrey border, got a bit of lightning, a few rumbles of far away thunder, and I have every door and window open and fans going to try and stir the air. I love this oh so short time of the year when you can sit outside in the garden with just a t-shirt on, and considering that just over 1 week ago I was freezing my backside in L'pool, I am enjoying every moment of this.

We had a brama of a storm, earlier.
Had one lightning strike close enough to set my burglar alarm off.

Quite a bit of lightning activity up in the clouds, at the moment, but no thunder.

Rain? No. But Wiraqocha has been visiting since least Saturday ... no, that's not a new name for mother in laws.

It's my garden, I can do whatever I like in it! Besides, it was dark, so little chance of causing a major plane crash.

Temperatures dropped by about 10 C here. Grey, low threatening clouds, stiff breeze, and it looks as if it poured buckets last night, though I slept through it all. Looks like the British summer has been and gone then.
