Default Deleted Hotmail - need to retrieve - possible?

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to retrieve an email which has been deleted from the inbox - then from the deleted folder and I assume it has gone into the recycle bin somewhere in the depths of the PC...?

Lost something really needed - there must be a way....please point me...

If you're using hotmail online, no.
If you're using some software to retrieve your hotmail (e.g. Outlook), maybe.

It's hotmail on-line directly via internet so the answer is no. Thanks very much.

In Yahoo! Mail, anything you delete is sent to "trash" which is still accessible. I'm not familiar with Hotmail, does it not have the same features?

Yes, exactly the same but reading andrew's post he has deleted the email from 'trash'... so it's long gone.
