sorry need a rant
two little ones (one with special needs and chronic lung disease other with chronic lung disease and chronic asthma) went with ex last night, as they do on a friday thru til sat, hes a diabetic. Hes totally off his face with his sugar levels, the two kids have had to run to a neighbours for help (thankfully she took her twin brother with her and has acted really responsible in this situation) Two kids are hysterical, i dont drive and havent a clue where their father lives grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Ambulance is there now and neighbour wanted to send the two kids home in a taxi on their own, but have had to explain too her that they are only 12 and therefore its not allowed.
Im gonna kill him i swear, hes 53 and has had it since being 16, controlled by injection 4x a day so hes not stupid!!
Well no thats wrong hes completely stupid and incapable of looking after his two kids, and he wonders why the eldest wants nothing to do with him

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: @**&£$@ Yes i agree and there is a contact order thru the courts for his access, all with his OLD address on, he has recently moved and all i have right now is a telephone number
I complained at the hearing that i had no address and he gave his sisters, i explained this to the judge and he said "that is his contact address, so you do have one"
i knew full well he didnt live there as he was 3 doors away from us at the time and his sisters address is half an hour away

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: @**&£$@ i spent 12.5k fighting this thru the courts 18 month ago, to protect the kids, after he was in the same state and was about to push them over the top of an escalator in town, went back to court and asked for supervised access and the judge said "he is their father he is entitled to see his children, until the children actually state they dont want to see him"
Guess all i can do now is keep them home and wait for him to push for access once again? i dunno, would i end up in trouble as there is an order in place? do one of the kids have to be seriously hurt before notice will be taken?
thanks for the support

| | Classic Account Customer | Re: @**&£$@ Let it go back to court. He's not entitled if he's unfit to look after them properly. Let the kids have their say.
This wont do him any favours at all

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: @**&£$@ the kids are now home, thankfully
theyre worn out due to the worry, but smiling as the ambulance man told them they had done a fantastic job and saved dads life.
Brooke said he started being a bit "odd" at about 11am and she waited until 2:30 to get help when he shouted at her to go and get a whirlpool from blackpool
He was unconcious and theyd had to break the door down as the kids had gone too his neighbours and locked the front door.
thanks to everyone on here xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: @**&£$@ Oh Honey, you must have been in such a state. It sounds like you do need to deal with it through the court. It would be sod's law that if you don't you'd end up punished. Can you say your withdrawing access until then though? If they're not safe it seems completely unreasonable that you can be told they have to go.
I'm glad they're home safe I think your rant was very mild considering. |
