Does it not make your blood boil? Here you are ticking along, then life throws you a series of curve balls and you end up in debt. It makes me soo mad that the peoplewho then start to chase you and generally make your life miserable are so crap at their jobs.
Example, I got a court summons for a debt that I have bounced from my DMP for non compliance with my CCA request. So I acknowledge the claim and indicate I will be defending. I sent a 'request for information' letter, 14 days being up today. I get home to find a letter saying Civil Procedure rules is a vast document and I should indicate which part! Forget the fact that I detailed it all in the letter, they then send me a standard loan agreement addressed to me with no signatures anywhere on the document!! It was a letter written by an absolute incompetent assuming noone else knew what they were doing either. Are banks entrusting the defence of their empires to such as these. When they come up against CAGGERS, no wonder its boys versus men.
All over this site, it is the same story, people being hassled by DCAs and call centre staff who know far less than any CAG subscriber and it basically boils down to the fact that the banks, cc companies etc are charging us for a premium service and staffing it with poorly trained low level staff who haven't got a clue( its not thier fault, they have to earn a living and if they are not trained..). I better stop. Have only visited this area before but I am sick to death of being harrassed by people who don't even
know the rules they are supposed to operate under and I shall be sticking it to them whenever I can.
