Default Australians v Camels

Australians slightly outnumber camels. There are 20,354,337 Australians, but only 19,074,168 camels.

If diplomacy broke down and there was -God forbid!- a war, my money would be on the camels. The Australians would have the advantage in guns and heavy armour, besides outnumbering the camels; but the camels could use their superior brain power to outflank their Aussie foe, and sow confusion in his ranks.

One thing’s for sure: there would be appalling loss of life.

all the camels have to do is fill their humps with water, then sabotage the australians supply, and GAME OVER.

personally, I'm not so sure about the camels, but I'm pretty sure the cats are out to get us. They have shifty eyes.

Stone the crows! You think Camels would win? My money is on the Ozzies. (of course being one that I am had to defend home!)

We would only have to send in Rolfe Harris to sing Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport with a wobbly board and the camels would be pleading for mercy.

I think Barracad may have a kangaroo loose in the top paddock!

Fair dinkum mate, who needs humps when you have Roos that will put water in pouches!

We would change it being a shrimp on the "barbie" and make it "hump".

Camels don't stand a chance!

Go aussie go!

ha ha ha! fair play Chloejane. thinking about it, you're right. the camels don't stand a chance. BUT what the op didnt state was if the camels were IN australia or if this was just a general comparison. i've never been but do know a couple of people who were born there. i can't for the life of me see why they are over here when they could be on bondai ( sorry if the spelling is incorrect) beach.
is it really as good over there as they make it out to be ?

Better! Only for the peoples freedoms really and we are an arguementative lot that won't take injustices and tend to protest a lot!

Is nice and warm and the weather better but it doesn't change that home has issues too and it has changed a lot in the 5 years I have been gone.

Bondi Beach! spelling close.....and I think oz is great but I do love the UK too....Despite all the issues faced here, I like the seasons and people and the country side. There is a lot of beauty and spirit in the people here...and tradition.

The slang terms I don't get right here as we do tend to speak differently so often get myself in trouble....but still think Baracad has a kangaroo loose in that top paddock......

Go ozzie go! Thanks for the post of what I hope was a for the ozzies and against the camels bazak1.

i take my hat off and salute anyone who has the courage to move country and start again somewhere else. it's something i've though about several times, but you never know, it may happen.
the couple of people i know from there are really friendly and welcoming, and have never had a cross word with anyone to the best of my knowledge.
don't get me wrong, i love england, but as you say there are issues, and LOTS of them. Every country in the world is slowly changing and we all have to adapt. will you ever go back or is this a permanent move ?

Staying....

Have world war 3 going with the Bailiff Industry and till the war is over, and there will be money shed!! I am not going home.

Once I have seen the industry walking about with crutches then I will go home, till then I am staying put.

Might warn home about Baracad wanting to send Camels tho!

It's NOT like that B1...
Sometimes even Deported Convicts get parole + are allowed to return home to the Mother country.
Live + let live I say!
ChloeJane deserves to have a 2nd chance.
...Just so long as she has repented + no-longer rustles sheep or steals loaves of bread,
she is free to make what she wants of her life in my view!...lol...

Laughing at your post Milktray!

No shackle marks on these ankles hun.

Born here, parents immigrated when I was 2 and spent all my life in OZ so see, you need to stop letting the good ones get away and giving them incentives to the big world down under.

I returned to the mother land and no longer rustle sheep but bailiffs, don't steal loaves of bread but like Robin Hoods female proto type, steal from the rich nasty bailiffs by telling those their rights and give back to the poor!

Wonder if I could create a cattle yard for Bailiffs? Round em all up, give em swags and send them down under with the real boys from the outback. Now that is an interesting thought!
