Rant away,I love it, and it is good for me, I suffer terribly from indigestions and terrible aches and pains and when on a carb free diet I am free of all this, of course you dont have to live on fried food, I tend to have lean meat, some veges and lots of fish, cant be too much wrong with that now can there?

Sounds like you are going about things differently from the other folks I know who tried it!

I'm trying to increase the fish in my diet, the other half must be the pickiest eater on the planet. grr.

thats the common misconception about Atkins, it can be tailored to suit you, I couldnt possibly eat tons of fried food, but it can work very well and be very healthy too, a carb free diet is generally prescribed for heart patients and it has been showed to lower cholesterol

aha! got ya. I think I need to watch my cholesterol, When I was younger All I ate was junk and more junk. I think it will catch up with me one day. I'm all about veggies these days!
