Do you mean who could borrow the most money without a valid CCA?

I have been saying for a while we need to start our own bank. This is our opportunity. How much do you think they will accept?

That sounds like a fun competition C.A.S. Entry forms keep dropping through my door in spite of my credit rating.

To apply, you’ll need to confirm that you’ve read the terms and conditions and charges.

When you apply you will need the following information to hand:
  • Your Bank / Direct Debit details:
    • Bank or building society name and address
    • Account number
    • Sort code
    • Roll number (if applicable)
  • Your income / expenditure.
  • Details of any current loans / credit cards and store cards
  • Your previous addresses for the past three years (if applicable).
  • For loans over £10,000, you’ll be required to provide proof of income in order for us to complete your loan application. We’ll need your last three months’ pay slips or two years’ audited accounts/tax assessments if you’re self employed.
For joint loan applications please ensure both applicants have all of the above to hand as well. Please note both applicants must live at the same address to apply.
Please decide who the first applicant will be before you start your application as Loanprotect will only apply to the first named borrower.
We’ll provide a decision for you as quickly as possible, normally within 48 hours. However, in some circumstances, we may need to contact you regarding your application.
Take a look at our Loanprotect insurance. A few pounds extra for peace of mind.

I think we should fire off a Statutory Demand. I seem to remember a dormant account that may have been charged an unlawful ,penalty....

A preliminary CO for unlawul charges will be appropriate to establish an interest, I think this will be paid out before the share holders.

Oooops

Too late they have already sold them.
