Anyway about this smoking ban. Have any of you heared on the news that the tobacco companies might be bringing out a smaller cigarette but with as much nicotine as a regular one? Apparently it's so you can smoke quicker when outside but still get the normal nicotine hit your used to.

I've no idea!!

They just said it would be smaller because people are complaining about having to stand outside in the cold and rain. So the companies are making them smaller so you can smoke quicker.

and they apparently are exempt from this ruling and can smoke at the bar in Parliament....WHY?
