Unless they actually turn up at court, I suppose it would only cost them the admin costs... this is why they are so consistent in settling.

Sometimes they don't get answered at all actually

was feeling okay about things today until you put this up, i am now here with tears rolling down my face thinking what if she were mine and what the family are going through .itmakes this whole buisness of charges seem so trivial.people should start treating each other with respect and fairness.the banks should look at themselves and see how they are actually distroying peoples lives.just blabbering now will stop.
