Barclycard pay up and pay my admin charge! 
Wrote to Barclays demanding repayment of late payment charge and £7.50 to cover my administration charge after repeated attempts to get it back over the phone failed. I think this coveres the hour of my time to sort it out and half and hour on the phone and a registered delivery letter. Barclays paid up in full on receipt of my letter.
