Sorry I meant that they haven't sent me 'copies of all documents' that they are using to defend if that makes sense? They havent sent me 'thier case'.

Bookworm thank-you so much for your pack - I've finished putting my bits in/numbering the pages and am just doing photocopies for B/C and the courts - you're a life-saver I can't thank you enough!!! thank-you!!!

Hannah, sorry to but in and ask, but how did you name the Defendant on the N1 form ? Was it just "Barclaycard", or did you go for "Barclays Bank PLC, trading as Barclaycard", or just "Barclays Bank PLC"..... I will be launching soon....
