Good luck indeed. I have to say Barclaycard and MBNA have by far been the biggest nightmare for me. As I said above B''card took about 83 days in total to provide me with my statements. It was only cos i was broke that i didnt file for non compliance lol .

Keep the faith. You'll get their eventually, even if it feels like you won't at the moment

He's probably having a panic attack this morning after the letter I wrote him... ha!!

He responded to my email again yesterday dropping himself right in it.

I suggest you send another email stating... 'with reference to my previous email correspondence... blar blar blar'. Maybe add something about begining a non-compiance court case in 7 days time. And then maybe send the same message everyday ffor the 7 days?

He's obviously snowed under with people asking him stuff... especially since his email add has been listed on here.

Hang on in there. He's the main man so I'd keep at it.

Send it with a "read receipt" on it. That way you can tell the email was read at least.. More ammo for you should you end up in court (doubtful) and have to demonstrate how unreasonable/dragging it out they have been

Ruffnuts still being quiet? Hopefully he's passed out with shock because of all the letters and emails he's been getting from us guys. Can't be a nice job he has can it?... can't imagine much job satisfaction can you?

Perhaps Barclayboobs will employ a more efficient person to replace Ruffnuts while he recovers from his stress... lol

Still no statements - no reply to 2 emails sent. One to Natalie Page and one to Adrian Ruffhead.

Phone call 18th May with promises of statements - no statements.

Phoned today on 08701540154 - on hold for 16 minutes (will be added to my charges)

Nothing on my file regarding my Subject Access Request.

Told to ring 01604254518 - this number is Data Protection Team, who for some reason are away from their desk, so left a message to call me.

Subject Access Request 40 days are up tomorrow.

Got a call from a woman from the Data Protection Team (missed her name) she looked at my file and said yes we have received your request and the cheque has been cashed............hellooo oooooo I know it has!!!

She was shocked that Natalie Page never replied to my email as she is usally on the ball, but suggested maybe Barclays filtering system blocked my email...........hellooooo o I'm not stupid!!!!!

So this woman is going to call me tomorrow and let me know what's going on.
Told her that if I don't hear anything by 5pm tomorrow a LBA is going in the mail.

I won't hold my breath for statements.

Some woman called Gail called this afternoon, apologising for the delay in replying to my Subject Access Request.

She has promised I will get all statements up to 2004 tomorrow morning as she has put a rush on them -
The others are on microfiche and need to be ordered from a different department and could take a further 14 days.

I told her that I had sent the LBA off today and I will keep to this deadline until I get them all.

We wait yet again....

It's not surprsing is it??

They are terrible at saying one thing and doing another... or not saying anything at all for that matter...

I'd start your non-compliance N1 court proceedings if I were you. It might spurt them on.

You dont need to give them any more time. They have had enough.

You can now file your N1 at court.

This will cost roughly £63 but you do claim it back, and if you are on certain benefits you will be exempt.
