I love this website you give me so much hope!!!
im fighting the whole microfiche rubbish at the mo, just about to send second letter re subject acess request, then theyll send me some rubbish containing pretty much the same as the first letter i.e £3 per statement as on microfiche, then i wait rest of 40 days and send estimate - is this right?

Have not received any docs. from Barclaycard. "phoned the Court yesterday to check, they haven't received any either! Made a note on my record that I'd called etc... Time rolls on

Well Bookworm you were right!!!!! the tenth it is and they are demanding confidentiality. Will be scratching out that part then & returning it. Also letter from the Woolwich, same offer. Sucha good Friday only problem is woolwich letter hasn't mentioned anything about removing default hmm,obviously for me that must be a condition....could still be going to Court on that one....

All been a bit dramatic today... Barclays deperately trying to contact me. Apparantly they have credited my account, so obviously want me to drop court hearing tomorrow. Did not return call 'till around 6.00. All very last minute stuff ! If it's been credited, thats cool, however they have also agreed to confirm by E Mail??? that the unlawful charges re. Woolwich will be re-credited and my default removed.....mmm lets see what happens tomorrow morning...

Received letter on Sat. from Barclaycard...Guess what?? decreased my limit, o well ... By 20-00!!! also no longer allowed to draw cash in U.K. Retalliation or what....

Also tried to make pymt to BAG by PAYPAL......Refused??? !!! actually not surprised really
