Well Bookworm you were right!!!!! the tenth it is and they are demanding confidentiality. Will be scratching out that part then & returning it. Also letter from the Woolwich, same offer. Sucha good Friday only problem is woolwich letter hasn't mentioned anything about removing default hmm, obviously for me that must be a condition....could still be going to Court on that one....

Congratulations Yasmin, am so pleased for you. Still haven't recieved anything from barclaycard other than that they intend to defend so hopefully won't be long before something starts happening. Congrats again.

Talking Re: Ready Barclaycard?

All been a bit dramatic today... Barclays deperately trying to contact me. Apparantly they have credited my account, so obviously want me to drop court hearing tomorrow. Did not return call 'till around 6.00. All very last minute stuff ! If it's been credited, thats cool, however they have also agreed to confirm by E Mail??? that the unlawful charges re. Woolwich will be re-credited and my default removed.....mmm lets see what happens tomorrow morning...
