| Re: first letter sent I have read the f&q so many times my head is spinning lol i know this question is more than likely there but if it comes to taking court action on a joint account do both names have to be put on the form..thanks  |

I sent my first letter off 10 days ago which Barclays have replied to with the normal blah blah the trouble is after having another look through the statements i have noticed i left £300 off ??? :o :o is it ok to revise the amount when i send my letter before action

| Re: Advice needed please Yes - at the end of the day they should know what they have charged you. Just make a note that the figure has been revised after recalculation.

thanks | You need to keep your claim to below the 5k threshold to keep it in small claims...you might have to split it into 2 chunks
Regarding the 8% use the Excel spreadsheet in the library and the 8% will be worked out for you... |
