Now its up to you what to do with the claim.
You could try for the whole lot, but this would include risks of the defendants costs.
Alternatively you can sever the claim in 2, say £4900 and then the rest afterwards.
Or you can just leave off anything over the £5000 limit.
Im not sure what is your best approach maybe someone can give some clearer advice?

| Re: "Really~~Worried" If it is between £5k and £10k the costs are limited to £500 - and of course that would only come into effect if you were to lose.

Make sure you enter the date as DD/MM/YYYY (i.e. today would be 14/05/2006)
