Does anyone know whether I could ask them for the 3 charges of £30 that I have incurred this month = £90. I was going to say to them along the lines of "whilst you're paying these charges could I have the £90 you have charged me this month to save me taking you to court again?" or do you think I should just claim against them again ?!

Hi All

Im not very good with words i'll do my best, Im in the prosess of taking Barclays/woolwich to court.

I have the forms in front of me....

A few problems-

Who do i name on the claim form? Barclays? or the Woowich?

My claim is £1,441 80 that includes intrest at 8% does this mean i have to pay the court £120.00 i know that i can claim it back, but i cant afford that at the moment!

They have charged me £35.00 for a none payment direct debit when their was plenty of money in my account!!

Do i sort this out now or put it on my list off charges?

Do i have to put a persons name on the form?, diffrent people have answerd my letters all the time.

CONFUSED . COM

Good news - Barclays rang again this morning and offered me the full amount of £2,272.90 and said he wasn't going to offer me any more than that ?! The letter should be with me tomorrow confirming this - am waiting to see what the letter contains as I don't want to sign any conditions regarding not claiming for future charges, gagging etc.

Well Done!!

I'm waiting for a court date for my case - I rang the court to confirm that they had received an AQ from Barclays and they reckoned on mid-november for court dates.

I hope they settle before then - I've spent the money five times already lol

Neil.
