A bit of a problem re the OH !!!, When Ive had this problem I have got my offspring to ring, give permission for me to speak to them regarding it and then they hand over the phone. Didnt seem to be a problem.

Id give it a go if I was you

Some people attach the sreedsheet of charges, others don't and wait until they are asked for it (often it doesn't get asked for), so it's up to you really. I personally did not attach anything.

I hand delivered my AQ with a cheque for £100. Got a letter yesterday, there was no cheque with AQ form. Well I know I maybe a little tense, but I KNOW I put a cheque in that envelope - and I haven't found it anywhere else - so I know I did put it in (it hasn't been cashed btw).

Anyway, hand delivering another one tonight

Not a dickie bird Closey. On the AQ form I had to put dates we will be away and that is at the end of this month - so I suspect I'll get a date in mid-September sometime and I'll get a cheque 2 days before

And the first cheque never showed up either, so the court definitely lost it not me
