Thanks closey, I'm definitely proceeding with the claim . I was just a bit unsure whether I should add anything to that space or leave it blank. I think they've got enough information so will leave blank.

Best of luck. Hopefully it won't be too long now. I guess you'll be treating those boys when you win

A quick phone call to Mr Jerimiah giving him the opportunity to settle before more expense with the AQ may pay dividends. The phone number I had went straight to his office.

I might just do that, but the only thing is it's in OH's name and I would never let him phone them

Do you have an address for Mr Jeremiah??

Hi MOTB,

Some people attach the sreedsheet of charges, others don't and wait until they are asked for it (often it doesn't get asked for), so it's up to you really. I personally did not attach anything.

How's the boys?

Thanks closey - I won't attach anything either then. Sending it off today.

Boys are fine thank you (well, as well as can be expected from boys, I suppose)

I hand delivered my AQ with a cheque for £100. Got a letter yesterday, there was no cheque with AQ form. Well I know I maybe a little tense, but I KNOW I put a cheque in that envelope - and I haven't found it anywhere else - so I know I did put it in (it hasn't been cashed btw).

Anyway, hand delivering another one tonight

Not a dickie bird Closey. On the AQ form I had to put dates we will be away and that is at the end of this month - so I suspect I'll get a date in mid-September sometime and I'll get a cheque 2 days before

And the first cheque never showed up either, so the court definitely lost it not me
