No doubt you will be sorted soon.......and asked to sign their conf agreement.
(Which is ok if they offer more money to do so )

| Re: DPA Request - £10 refunded Right, off we go. The court has sent me a copy of Barclays' defence & an allocation questionnaire N150 to complete by 14th August. I've been following Jonni2bad's guidance to complete the form but I've got confused , not so hard to do to me . 1) What is meant by Proposed Directions please and what exactly is the reply for this section? 2) In the section for Other Information, I have already sent Barclays my spread sheet with the breakdown of charges & interest costs incurred since date of offence, yet their defence claims otherwise, do I need to state this or re send it? 3) After spending several weeks reading other peoples threads, is it a wise move to email / phone Mr Jeremiah to sort out their settlement beofre posting the AQ back to the Court? As you can see I do babble, so what exactly would I say? I wait in anticipation |

Sara there is info about filling in the AQ in the banks temp section.
They have been known to use the excuse as having no details before.
You can mention it in the AQ but will do no harm to send them another copy.
Also wont do you any harm to e mail Keith J ...........but thats up to you.

| Re: Sarajane v Barclays Hi, I'm in the process of drafting an email to Mr Jeremiah & would like to know if this sounds ok? Dear Mr Jeremiah, I refer you to my claim against Barclays bank, claim number 6ME02188. I have received your defence an an allocation questionnaire from the court. Before I return this questionnaire, I was wondering if we could reach full settlement prior to wasting more of your time. As stated above, I require full settlement, which is £725.00 of charges, £73.56 of interest charges and £0.16 per day since court action issued, which is 40 days including today; £6.40. Therefore total settlement required is £804.96. I look forward to hearing from you in due course. Thoughts please |
