hello closey, well done on getting your charges back - I received my first six years charges but have pursued halifax for the remaining charges claimed pre-six years. Having received judgement against them I am now ready to ask for enforcement, how many forms did you need to fill in for this, the court has given me two, the first is clearly for me but not sure why I have another N244, any help would be appreciated.
