my charges are listed as different things through the 6 years, they start of as 'Unpaids Out', then 'Unauth O/D Fee' and more recently 'Paid Referral'. Are these all submittable? | Yes.
Single claim is fine. Further charges can be added right up to filing at court. |

I am returning the offer with a thanks but no thanks, am i right in saying i write as, I accept your offer of £720 as partial settlement to my claim to recover charges but will be continuing action to recover the remainder....
any other advice is welcomed before i commit myself, | Typical reponse so just send them the rejection of settlement offer from this site and, when time's up, the LBA. Seems to be going fine for you.
I happened across this site and it resulted in £2500 +. Don't knwo what point you were trying to make there! |
