They would have to give you 30 days notice to close an account, and although they may i would have thought they may have made some suggestion of this earlier. otherwise would if you file a claim could that not be seen as harrasment?
I wish you luck on it being settled by Xmas but i started against the wooly in june done Subject Access Request,Prelim,LBA,N1,Allocat ion questionaire and got a prelim hearing Jan 27th 2007 AT Dartfod CC.
They seem be takeing it right to the wire unfortunatley.

I set up a parachute with Redirecting to Smile Production Site I have a terrible credit history but there were no problems with this account. |
