seems a bit strong but as with anything, being the 1st is always risky, I hope you get the reaction your looking for though. The only thing is that the court might not take kindly to you refusing a 'full settlement' and taking up their time because their point will be what more do you hope to achieve by us passing judgement on the case.......

But the court will be able to see that
a) I have given them time for a full settlement, and
b) if it turns out that way, they never had any intention of submitting their documents and are therefore vexatious litigants.

Last but not least - don't we want to have a proper fully considered judgement on the unlawfulness of the charges?

Just learned a lesson here. If I ever play Devil's Advocate with Bong, I'll announce that first !! That way, I won't get karate-chopped to the ground before I get the chance to tell her !!

We wouldn't want you any other way, Bong !! Let's face it - that's why we're all pleased to tell the big bullies "That's my mate."

thanks leech.

personally I think the banks are so desperate to avoid going to court they will pay almost anything you fancy claiming. this one was remarkable - a claim for contractual interest where the claimant claimed no contract ever existed! but it was an exceptionally well put together claim.
