Default Getting bank statements

Just phoned Barclays to ask how i go about getting copies and the nice lady said she could pop them in the post for me
She asked how long back I wanted to go and I told her from March 2000,
(Im sure I heard her fall off her chair)
She then asked why I needed the statements
Told her I needed to prove income for financial reasons
She said there will be a one off £5 fee for all the statements as they were made on a single request and it would take 7/10 working days to get them to me
We wait and see now

Interesting. They have given you 100% of your charges back, but offered me less than 50%. They have taken £1360.00 from me over the past 6 years and offered £520 back.

Cheeky gets.

Let the games begin!
