Hi Moores, just wanted to ask the exact words you used to name the Defendant (Barclaycard) on the N1 form ? I will be doing the same soon.

Cheers.

Hi Moores2525,
did you case go to court ? Where barclays made to give you the six years statments under the Data Protection Act ? or did they just settle ?

Please reply as Im coming to this stage ... Barclays are refusing to supply the statments even after I sent the template http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...-argument.html

Many thanks

Moores2525, where are you?

The are many people wanting to know what happened between you and Barclaycard regarding the microfiche issue.

Can you let us know how the saga unfolded.

Thanks

Folks, I believe that Moores might have settled with confidentiality attached, which is why he/she won't reply. If s/one agrees to confidentiality, it is legally binding.

Reading between the lines, it seems obvious that B/card settled before going to court, as they always do, so the Microfiche issue wouldn't have been solved one way or another.
