Thanks for the congrats.

Just to confirm the outcome: After Barclays filed their defence, a few weeks (well a lot of weeks) went by then out of the blue last week a letter arrived offering me full settlement 'as a gesture of goodwill'. I replied accepting the settlement, however I did not agree to the confidentiality and struck this out on the signed returned copy of their letter. The 'gesture of goodwill' including the £120 moneyclaim fee appeared in my account a few days later. Finally I have thanked Barclays for the settlement and notified the court that I now consider the claim settled and closed. Finally, finally I will now make a donation! **Thanks for all support received**
