You need to do it before 9am for it to be dealt with that day. If you leave it until 3.45pm then it won't be processed until the next day.
When I filed initially, I sent it in just after midnight the night before. |

| Re: refundmylife vs barclays Don't worry Refund, been there myself. You will soon get over it and proceed with your claim. The whole process requires a lot of patience but I am sure it will all be worth it in the end. Just wait for the AQ to arrive, it's quite easy to fill in and there is a lot of help on here, send it back and wait for that court date.
Just think of all that extra interest.. |

| Re: refundmylife vs barclays at last i have recieved a court date. its on the 13th of december at 10.00. thing is there is nothing in the info about sending the info im going to relly on in court. do i just piece it together and send it to barclays legal crew and the court? also they have only allocated 15 minutes for the hearing, is this normal? |

| Re: refundmylife vs barclays what are you using from the court bundle? do we just send in everything in the bundle in the library? or is it in need of thinning down to relevant bits n pieces. must be said im really hoping they just cave as quick as possible. mines only 900 quid so doesnt seem worth the trouble (for them obviously). at least we have court dates before crimbo, should be cashed in in time to use it to buy presents. |

| Re: refundmylife vs barclays Yes indeed! The kids should get nice pressies this year and my youngest's 2nd birthday is 3 days after the date of my hearing.
I have just printed off the zip file in the library, it's quite a lot of pages but thought I would include everything rather than miss out something vital. When I was getting it together it actually reminded me of being back at school! |
