Hi Caz, until you reach the Litigation stage [taking em to court] you can send correspondence to London, Leicester or even your local branch, they get sorted through their internal mail, it takes a bit longer but get there in the end. [well most of em do]

Dont get me wrong, Im not saying you are wrong in what you say,

And what do I ALWAYS say when posting to Barclays [or any other bank]???
