Im not filled with joy and happiness just yet..... Always the pessimist.

What about the carry on with one of the other banks where someone won by default and they appealed the decision. Its been in the papers and on TV. It goes to court June 2nd?? Been searching for the thread but can't find it. Knowing my luck that will happen to me and Barclays will claim they weren't served or something...

Can anyone post the link?
