spie Basic Account Holder Protect your signature with SignGuard Cagger since : May 2006 Posts: 9	Claim against Barclaycard I am just starting to look into getting a refund of charges from Barclaycard, and was wondering what i can claim for in light of the OFT ruling last April. Can i only claim the penalty charge less the £12 that is deemed to be a fair amount?
