I have just rang Adrian Ruffhead. They said they were going to put me through, then said he would ring me back. I will be getting my bundle together in the next few days for court on the 21st of Feb so I thought I would give him a call as I know others who have had success at this stage (without having to do the bundle). If I have to do the bundle can I include my offer letter? IT DOES NOT STATE WITHOUT PREJUDICE. It says "on this occasion, and without any admissions of liability". Any thoughts on this and what to say to Mr Ruffhead IF he should call back????? HALIFAX SETTLED IN FULL 1/8/06 Donation made Birmingham Midshire (mortgage charges) Prelim letter sent 2nd Aug 2006, full offer received 11th Aug with conditions. 13th Aug accepted offer unconditionally. BIRMINGHAM MIDSHIRES (MORTGAGE) SETTLED IN FULL 24/8/06 Sent SurlyBonds template letter to get defaults removed to Birmingham Midshires 27/08/06 DEFAULTS REMOVED 5/09/06.THATS 9 DAYS LATER, YES 9 DAYS Last edited by Lizzy; 9th January 2007 at 00:32.
