Start MCOL Today

I will begin my MCOL today.

I'm sure I'll just be able to follow the online instructions and get the ball rolling. Once filling out all relevant information online and making payment, will I be advised of what to do next with regards to sending information needed? Also is there anything I need to send off ASAP straight after filling out my claim?

Forget that I have just read the whole of Welshmans thread and understand I must send a schedule of charges with Interest and a covering letter explaining the same documents have gone to the court and vica versa.

I am interested to know. I have very little funds to afford to pay the court fees. my claim is only £1005 so I'm not sure how much the costs will be and I don't get paid till next week. What would happen if I started my claim a week after the 14 days of my LBA was up???

Thanks to everyone thats helping! I'm only 20 years old but if you read enough it all starts to make sense.

Total Claim = grand total + MConline fees
