Barclays Vs Wodman - Offer received

Hi All,
Received offer yesterday from Barclays of £750.00, this is less than half of what I am claimin. Not sure if I should accept this offer as I am nervious about having to go to court. Can any one give me some moral support, and advise me on what I should do.

Hi Wodman - i am nervous about court too but i want all my money back not half. i don't think that anyone has actually had to go to court.
Just keep going and you will get it all back. HAve a read of all the success stories - they make you feel better.

Unless you are desperate for the money, continue with your claim.
The Banks don't dare go to court it will cost them Billions lol !!

Thanks all for your positive feedback, have any of you heard of anyone actually going to court?. I have read alot of the thread in the Barclays forums and they are all very positive

Can anyone ell me where I can find a letter saying that I will accept their offer in part payment but will be pursuing the remainder in court please, I cannot find it anywhere ?
