Barclay Card - From the beginning

Hello everyone,

I've have been directed here from moneysavingexpert.com

I still have my Barclay Card but no longer use it (it took me ages to pay off!)
During the time I was using it I was being charged for non/late payments, going over the limit etc.

I am now going to attempt and claim it back (what I can of it anyway)!

I also have other accounts which I will consider to claim back from in the future once I am more comfortable with the process - HSBC Current Account, Egg Card & RBS Credit Card.

I have chosen Barclay Card first because it is one account I no longer use.

First things first... I've already browsed through the site a few times checking out the FAQ's etc. But I'm gonna need your support!!

On to Stage 1 -
