| | Basic Account Customer | Barclay Card Deleted My Data - Scottish Claim Hi,
Iam new to the site and was looking for some assistance.
I have not been a customer of barclaycard since I left University 3 years ago and was wondering if you could help me with a few questions.
- Can i still make a claim even though Iam not a "customer/victim" anymore?
- Is the process for chasing a English based credit card any different for someone living in Scotlabd in terms of where the letter is initially sent?
Any help would be greatfully appreciared
Regards
Nuno

I will give her the benefit of the doubt on this one and send my letter to her again.
| When was the last time a bank gave you the benefit of the doubt? To avoid more hassles later I'd stick in one of the non-compliance letters linked to in post #14.
You've proof they received the letter, you shouldn't have to wait because of their inability to keep your letter safe. |

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: Nuno21uk v Barclaycard Hmm. Not sure where you go with this one. Did you send them all previous addresses, date of opening/closing the account, date of birth and anything else that they might have used to locate the details? |
