Hi i sent a letter to Barclaycard on th 1st may 06 requesting my charge /fees back and recieved a letter back on the 5th
I stated that they had 14 days to sort out my account before i would take action.i will paste a copy of there reply .I phoned up there customer relations and they said they would not be able to sort my account out in the time scale they where given .
what should i do
1 wait for there reply
2 send another letter (what should it say)
3 start court procedings.
