Hope i can explain this one clearly so here goes
Sent off first letter requesting refund of charges 5th February. Received letter today from Carol Jones Customer Relationship Manager advising that their charges are fair and transparent and that they make them clear in their Terms and conditions.
We had an outstanding balance of £2700 and were offered a settlement figure of £1800. which we paid off December 06.
They have informed us today quote "we accepted payment of £1800 in full and final settlement from a balance outstanding and therefore do not feel it is appropriate to consider your request for a refund of charges".
Heeelp where do we go from here?
Do we send the Subject Access Request letter now or accept that we cannot pursue our claim.
