| | Basic Account Customer | Reaver V's Barclaycard! How much longer must I wait? Hey ALL!!
I sent Barclaycard my data request back on the 28th August 2006, to which they replied on 14th septmber 2006 saying the usual thing about microfiche and only provided me statements from after my account was closed?!?!? They also gave me a 8 week time period to order the £3 microfiche statements before my data request file would be closed.
So I sent a letter after reading the Barclaycard & Microfiche - they are wrong - OFFICIAL thread, back on the 7th january 2007!!!
I'm still waiting for any useful information from Barclaycard!!! Should I send Another £10 data request? I think I shouldn't really have to pay again. Still waiting though....
Will let you all know what happens.
The Reaver

What e-mail address did you use? I might see if that gets me better results than my letters... |
