| | Gold Account Customer | Re: Barclay Card Help needed Yopu can submit a claim based on estimates, but better chasing down the Subject Access Request and having the correct number, if you can wait a coupl eof extra weeks - they may well settle at LBA stage anyway so it the long run it may be quicker doing what Nevos says.

Dear Ms Claridge, I am very disappointed that you have failed to comply with my Data Protection Act Subject Access Request dated 27 December 2006 requesting a full disclosure including any deed of assignment. (copy attached). You may know that a district Judge recently ordered the Royal Bank of Scotland as follows:-
The Royal Bank of Scotland now has until January 2007 to comply with the users subject access request. The District Judge has indicated that if the Bank has not complied with the order by that time that he may make an order for imprisonment of the RBS Data controller.
On expiration of my request and, if you do not comply fully with my Subject Access Request within the statutory time, I will immediately inform the Information Commissioners Office, as well as issue a summons with the county court enforcing your compliance. Furthermore I will seek damages for the same. Yours faithfully, |
