Default G4Z v Barclaycard

Hi all,

About to go up against Barclaycard for late payment charges and interest on said charges. I estimate the amount to be around £300 - £500. The account was paid up in 04 and I have not used the card since, the account is open though.

Got my Data protection letter emailed to work ready to print off, I will keep this thread updated with how I get on.

Well given they have had the request over 15 days already I do not hold out much hope of this info arriving before the 40 days are up. I will let it slide seeing as I understand they are swamped with this stuff and as long as I do get it in a reasonable time frame.
