Default Going for Barclaycard Now I've Finished With Lloyds

Spoke to John Furgason, Complaints Manager today re: £572 charges in 4 years. Said that they would not refund anything and that it was my fault - I knew the terms and conditions apparantly. Rubbish - this is the law we're talking about, not THEIR T's and C's.

Said I could save him £1000 of interest if settled out of court. Not interested.

Sent Letter before action today. They have 14 days from tomorrow, then off to court again.

Bring it on.
