Default TFD vs Barclaycard - couple of questions

Hi,

Received my statements from Barclaycard today including the crap about microfiche.

I will go with the approach of sending them a letter and stating they've not complied, giving them the opportunity to do so.

If I get a further letter telling me to **** off, do I then go for the request for refund?

One thing that confused me - in the letter it says "I would also add that Barclaycard did not introduce default charges on its accounts until mid-2001". What are they getting at? Are they saying that pre "MID - how vague" 2001 I would not have been given overlimit or late payment charges?

Pete

Ok, letter gone off today, giving them second chance to provide information.

Ignore my comment regarding mid 2001 - my account was opened in December 01, so not relevant anyway.
