Taking on Barclaycard - some confirmation required please!

Hi

I've had a Barclaycard since August 2004, since then I've incurred 3 late payment fees, which have in turn, incurred 3 exceed limit fees.

For the initial late payment fee, I was having some trouble with student finances and went 2 months without paying - which led to two lots of late payment fees and exceed limit fees.

I was annoyed at the time and made my feelings clear to the chap who I spoke to (whose manner was both rude and unhelpful when I tried to solve the problem - he wouldn't give me information about setting up a DD for monthly payments, then when I commented about his poor Customer Service skills, he curtly replied that he WASNT in Customer Services! Does that mean I'm not a customer?!)

Anyways, more to the point, I'm hopefully going to reclaim back the fees charged by Barclaycard onto my card through the CAG information.

I've typed out the standard letter from the CAG library and made the neccesary modifications (i.e. fees)

HOWEVER

I understand that the 8% interest is something that is left until I file a claim, but do I include the 15.9% interest that Barclaycard have charged on these fees?

If you can work out the 15.9% interest then you can claim that.
The 8% one is only if you start a court case.
