Default New Barclaycard claim

Hi,

I sent my request for charges (I used the standard letter on this site) by 1st class signed for today.

I used the 1 Churchill place address in London.

However I didn't include a cheque for £10 and was just wondering if I should re-send the letter & include a cheque or wait & see if I get a reply requesting the £10 or will they simply ignore?

Has anyone received details of charges free of charge?

Any replies would be much appreciated.

Cheers,
Fletch

Barlcays usually return your cheque anyway and say they will send the info requested soon...I forgot to include mine (genuine) when I sent my Subject Access Request request, total lapse in concentration that day...they wrote a standard letter to let me know the request was being processed but that I didnt include my £10.00 as I stated, you can wait and see of send it under seperate cover with a copy of the letter, personally I would wait, as they seem to process Subject Access Request requests foc anyways!

I got the usual response. Got all statements going back to May 2004. They said older statements were stored on some type of ancient storage system and were not accessible! (microfiche). I totalled about £360 for the statements they sent.

Anyway im going to randomly select some just a couple of months & send £3 for each one, Ive got a feeling I didnt start getting fined until around May 04 anyway but just want to check.

Fletch

P.S. Anyone claiming against EGG?
