Barclaycards - advice needed

Hi,
Not sure what to do next ... I've just received a reply to my letter i used the
'smith V's Lloyds PLC' template.

They say that this case was found in favour of Lloyd's and supports their case?!
They still say that I need to send £3 per statment.

What should I do next ?? Pay £3 per statment and claim the money in court...

Hi millsy

Press them for the statemnts, theres a template letter in the library and tell them you will inform the information commissioner. In the meantime you can estimate your charges pre may 2004, it will then be up to them to disprove the estimate, i.e. provide you with the statements
