Information received today or so I thought. In fact I got a load of useless paperwork and a letter stating that my information is stored on microfishe and I would have to pay £3 each for copies. Well yippee dee, guess what I've sent them a nom-compliance letter with 7 days to comply.

Letter received from Carl Nuttall, Customer Relationship Manager. Same old remarks as before, information stored on microfiche etc, and not readilly accessible. Basically if I'm not happy refer us to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Ok so I know the next step is to take court action, but due to financial circumstances at moment this one is going to be put on a back burner, and being saved till later. But in the meantime I will be reporting this to the Financial Obudsman as well.
