Who did you guys write the £10 cheque payable to. Did you just put Barclaycard on it.

I merely wrote acheque to 'Barclaycard'. Admittedly they have rejected my application and offered a £65, but did not send me my statements. I wrote back saying that I could not work out if this was a fair 'compensation' without the facts, so send me my statements as I asked and paid for...oh and by the way you have 7 days to do it!

I wait for a letter soon!

Can anyone please confirm the address I need to enter on Moneyclaim for Barclaycard?

The rejection of my LBA was sent from:

PO Box 599
Manchester
M60 3NF

But Moneyclaim is asking for "the full postal address within England or Wales" which I'm not sure a PO Box is?!?!?

My mind is boggling!
Just learnt of this site this morning and already taken 3 hours to try and find the correct address to request my bank statements from. Want to apply to Barclays and Barclaycard which I presume will be 2 totally seperate claims? Could someone help..........pretty please.

when u say 'correctish info'..does that mean u got both barclaycard and barclays sending you 6 years worth of statements mailed to you?

I got the stock letter offering £65 as a gester of good will, credited to my account and if that I needed the statements, they would charge me £3 per microfiche. Once I got this out double quick (Oh as an aside, this does not count as a 'payment' in terms of your monthy payments, merely a credit), I wrote back saying that I would pursue the charges they identified in 5 paper statements through the system described on this site and delay the hunt for microfiche statements until later, but they should be aware that this would occur in due course. The Request for PAyment is up on 20th Nov, so standby for a bit of MCOL action!

Sherlock - I would expect that you will only get copies of those statements not held on microfiche though. Having read some of the entries on this thread, B'card will eventually provide them. I am going for the easy option of using the paper copies first as this is my first attempt at this process, merely for a bit of self-confidence in what I am doing!

	Are you letting your bank keep your money Are you giving away thousands of pounds?? Many people aren't claiming all of the money they are entitled to when they make their bank charges claims. You have been forced to pay unfair bank charges. Have you forgotten that your bank has charged you inteest on those charges? If you are overdrawn and the bank owes you charges - then your overdraft is made up of charges - money which you bank owes you. Yet you are paying interest to the bank - on your own money!!! Has anyone experienced any problems in obtaining confirmation of delivery to the Northampton address through royal mail track and trace, only that I sent one recorded delivery and Royal Mail appear to have lost it, as it's not showing up on track and trace - I sent it 2 weeks ago.

I've now sent another one recorded delivery a couple of days ago and still nothing on track and trace.

Anyone else had this?

Still saying not delivered on my second letter - it's surely not inconceivable that Barclaycard have taken a policy decision to refuse to accept delivery of any recorded items? What does anyone reckon?

Do you know what, if that is the case I am going to claim for the full amount on the account.
Rang royal snail, still not delivered...... "its on the network and they are not refusing delivery".
Anyway, as far as I am aware these do not have to be posted recorded for proof of delivery.
HAVE YOU EVER RECEIVED ANY OF YOUR STATEMENTS/COURT CLAIMS RECORDED, ME THINKS NOT!!!!!

If they want to defend they have to provide eventually and then let the judge amend the claim amount!
