| Re: Clarkey1 v Barclaycard riamad,
Thanks for getting back.
I processed my claim on MCOL, I got the standard forms back saying that BC was going to defend, then I received documents from my home town Court, after filling in the paperwork the next communication was the above, I have not received a court date? |

| Re: Clarkey1 v Barclaycard that sounds proper strange.
On the MCOL site, am i right in thinking there is a contact page. I think you'd probably be best to try and contact them and explain whats happened. they might reinstate your claim, rather than just stikeing it off. If you've not had any correspondance from the courts who could you be expected to attend.
If you can't contact them via the web, it might well be worth getting on the blower, if you can't get your claim reinstated are you still going to pursue BC? |

The letter I received a typical without prejudice letter, advising it would cost more to defend and requested I settle for the full amount + interest.
I have reclaimed from a few banks now and BC was the hard one to crack also Bookworm was also pursuing them and I was watching and learning from Her but when she stopped I did?
And now the have sent this letter? |
