Default Help needed please

Hello,

I am now going to file an N1 at my County Court against Barclaycard.

I have wrote three times and the 30 day period has gone by and they still have not supplied me with a true and signed copy of a Default notice that was apparently served in 2004.

I would like some help with the text on the N1 form. I know they have commited an offence by not supplying this information (S77 of the CCA). I also believe, that if they cannot supply this information the default needs to be removed as unsubstantiated, I am just stuck on how I would word this, and also what I am entitled to in terms of compensation .

Any help would be appreciated.

( I have also had this run around with Capital One, they have sent me a TEMPLATE of what they would of sent and they have advised me that they DO NOT have to send me a copy of the default notice!)
