Default Me Vs Barclaycard

Have just received a letter from Barclaycard following a letter regarding non compliance with my Subject Access Request. It is stating that my reference to Smith V Lloyds actually supports their case for not producing a list of charges and that microfiche is not a relevant filing system. They still refuse to supply even copies of statements except at £3 a shot. As I am not entirely sure exactly how much money I was charged in penalties etc I am slightly reluctant to go down the court route if they feel they are right with their arguments. Their time limit to produce this data is now up
What do you think and what is my next step ?

You're right, i could do that. but if they are right in their argument and win in court i have then lost the right to the copies of charges and the £100 odd quid i guess
